Three Flagstaff Academy middle school students participated in the Colorado Science and Engineering Fair (CSEF) last week and all three won awards! Congratulations to:
- Eli Kraus, 2nd place in Junior Division Mathematics & Computer Sciences, Office of Naval Research Award, and nomination to the 2022 Broadcom MASTERS competition.
- Mandy Roth, 3rd place in Junior Division Animal Sciences.
- Lakshmi Thanikasalam, Pioneers of Science Arthur Askin Award.
In addition, 6th grade science teacher, Boone Star, was honored with the CSEF Teacher of the Year Award as well as the Doug Steward Memorial Award.
