About Mr. Beveridge

I'm Nate Beveridge!

 

I graduated from the Colorado School of Mines with a BS in Computer Science, alongside completing a joint teacher preparation program with the University of Northern Colorado. I love the excitement and personability of teaching which is why I followed a career in education.

 

To really get to know me, you'd have to know a little bit about the things I love the most! Despite being a boring old teacher, my many hobbies include competitive gaming, Magic: The Gathering, anime & manga, and strangest of all: Mycology, the study of fungi! I try to have a "Mushroom of the Day" each day in my classroom, introducing students to the wonderful life of fungi and sharing my passion for some of the strangest creatures on planet Earth!

 

I've lived in Colorado for the large majority of my life, moving here before even turning 2. I grew up in SVVSD and strive to show you all the awesomely amazing cool things you can do if you put the "Engineering Design Process" to use!
