About the Enrollment Process

The Flagstaff Academy Enrollment Application takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. You will need the following information:

Current home address
Emergency contact information
Student date of birth
School currently attending

You will receive an email from us within 24 hours of your application submission confirming that your information has been received.

If you receive a placement offer, you will have 24 hours to accept the offer, and 72 hours to submit the registration requirements, after which the offer will go to the next family on our list. If you don't receive a placement offer, you will be notified of your place on the waitlist.

Enrollment FAQ

What happens after I complete my online application?

Completing an online application informs us that you want to enroll your child at Flagstaff Academy. We create offer lists with this information. Priority preference is granted in the following order:

Students presently attending Flagstaff Academy (K-8)
Siblings of students already enrolled at Flagstaff Academy
Children of full- and part-time staff members
Students residing in the St. Vrain Valley School District
All other students

If you do not have access to a computer, we are available to assist you. You are also welcome to fill out the form at school on or after the above date.

Do I need documents (birth certificate, immunization records) when I apply?

I have multiple children to enroll. Are they all guaranteed enrollment?

I’ve heard that it can be difficult to get into Flagstaff Academy? Is this true?

Flagstaff Academy has enjoyed a vibrant enrollment process throughout its history. With the advent of online enrollment, families no longer need to camp out at our school overnight to secure their child’s spot.

While enrollment in our school remains a competitive process, we continue to urge families to enroll early to have the best chance of securing a spot for their future Dragon.
