About Ms. Beaudoin
My name is Kristina Beaudoin and I am looking forward to a wonderful year. I am originally from Simi Valley, California but moved to Colorado in 2006 and have two wonderful children who are former Flagstaff Dragons
Professionally:
This is my 24th year in teaching, and my 23rd as a kindergarten teacher. I began my career in Lancaster, California at West Wind Elementary as a K-1st combination teacher. I spent the next few years teaching kindergarten and doing K/1st reading intervention during the school year and 4th/5th over school breaks. I spent the 2006-2007 school year in Avon, Colorado at Avon Elementary as the 3rd grade mentor teacher but missed kindergarten, so I relocated to the Front Range when a position became available.
Personally:
I absolutely love music and dance. There is always music playing whether I am at home, at school or in my car (you may catch me singing and dancing in my car). As a family, we love to explore this beautiful state on our bikes, cheering for the Dodgers (sorry, we are LA natives), playing board games, or just hanging out with our two dogs and 2 cats.
I am very excited to be returning and am looking forward to a wonderful year with you and your child.
