VEX uses smart components (brain which connects via bluetooth to computers, motors, LED bumpers, crash detectors, optical sensors) and uses SCRATCH as a platform, and other programming languages to code robots to demonstrate real life application of robotics, science and engineering concepts!Beyond science and engineering principles, VEX encourages creativity, teamwork, leadership, and problem solving among groups. It allows us to engage and inspire the STEM problem solvers of tomorrow.
 


NOTE: All students should proceed to the cafeteria when teachers release children to Dragon Flight. Every student should bring an afternoon snack to eat in the cafeteria during roll call. When picking up, parents are asked to text (720) 442-6023 with their child's name and be prepared to show their driveline tag or a photo ID. Dragon Flight staff will sign each student out to their parents. Please use the cafeteria doors to pick your child up. If there is no school, there is no class.
