When most people think about STEM, they might think it's just staring at screens. At Flagstaff Academy Charter School, we know that all great STEM education is based in innovation, creativity, and FUN. We had a blast visiting Natalie Reed's art class this week, where students took their programming skills and art education literally onto the canvas! They programmed the fantastic robots created by Boulder-based Sphero to create a simple shape, a square, then dipped the spheros in paint - the result? A masterpiece!
