Flagstaff Academy's Middle School has been recognized as a 2019 Colorado Trailblazer School to Watch! This recognition on the state and national level is a result of 14 months of dedicated work by teachers, parents, students, and myself to examine and evidence the robust and rigorous middle school program at Flagstaff Academy. We are among 100+ schools who will be recognized nationwide at the National Schools to Watch Conference, held on June 28, 2019 in Washington, DC.
Flagstaff Academy is one of four middle schools in the state to receive this award and the only charter school in the state of Colorado to be chosen as a School to Watch!
Founded in 2005, Flagstaff Academy has built an exceptional educational environment which values developing the whole child through an award-winning Pre-K to 8th Grade Core Knowledge academic program. Our curriculum is rich with experiential arts, hands-on science exploration, character education, and innovative technology integration.
