Welcome to Mrs. Maughon's First Grade Class!

In Mrs. Maughon's 1st grade classroom, we respect one another and have a comfortable learning environment. We focus on becoming more independent, responsible, and motivated learners. We become scientists, mathematicians, historians, writers, and amazing readers through rich curriculum. We learn how to solve emotional and social problems and conflicts with positive behavior management and restorative practices.
