ENROLLMENT FOR THE 24/25 SCHOOL YEAR IS NOW OPEN

Where do I complete the enrollment process?
Our online enrollment portal will open on Dec. 1, 2023, at 7 a.m.
 
What happens after I complete my online application? 
Completing an online application informs us that you want to enroll your child at Flagstaff Academy. We create offer lists with this information. Offers are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority preference is granted in the following order:
  1. Students presently attending Flagstaff Academy (PreK-8)
    • Please note that separate “Intent to Return” forms are emailed to current K-7th grade Flagstaff families on Dec. 1, 2023
  2. Siblings of students already enrolled at Flagstaff Academy
  3. Children of full- and part-time staff members
  4. Students presently enrolled in Flagstaff Academy preschool (for those applying for kindergarten only)
  5. Students residing in the St. Vrain Valley School District
  6. All other students
If you do not have access to a computer, we are available to assist you. You are also welcome to fill out the form at school on or after the above date. 
 
I’ve heard that it can be difficult to get into Flagstaff Academy? Is this true? 
Flagstaff Academy has enjoyed a vibrant enrollment process throughout its history. With the advent of online enrollment, families no longer need to camp out at our school overnight to secure their child’s spot. 
 
While enrollment in our school remains a competitive process, we continue to urge families to enroll early to have the best chance of securing a spot for their future Dragon.
 
When will I find out if I have an offer? 
We begin the process of extending offers via email in early December and continue to extend offers until 3:00 p.m. on October 1, 2025. Please note that not receiving an offer in December 2023 isn’t an indication that you will not receive one at a later date.
 
How can I find out my place on the offer list? 
There is always movement on the list. Our online system will assign a number that will allow you to check your application status. Please take note of your enrollment application number. You can also contact Sheila Strukel, Flagstaff Academy registrar, at any time throughout the process at [email protected].
