Flagstaff Academy is currently located in a technology business park in south Longmont. This temporary location allows the school an opportunity to mature in anticipation of building the permanent school facility in three to five years. During the first year of operation, Flagstaff leased approximately half of this 30,000 square foot, “L” shaped building. In addition to classrooms, the school also has a music room, an art room, and, of particular interest, a science lab! The multipurpose room functions as a cafeteria, a gym on cold days, and is used for special school activities. Over the course of the lease, Flagstaff will expand into the entire building as the school necessarily grows.

Because of the unique proximity to the adjacent building, there is a semi-enclosed courtyard that Flagstaff uses for outdoor activity space, outdoor learning programs, and physical education activities. There are mature trees, picnic benches, basketball hoops, open play space, and playground equipment.
The necessary expansion into the remainder of the office building will occur in the spring each year.
