Enrolling at Flagstaff Academy
Enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year, for preschool through 8th grade, will begin on December 3, 2011. Enrollment will be granted according to the ordered priority preferences listed below, on a first-come first-serve basis within each preference category. When the Open Enrollment period ends on January 31, 2012, enrollment will be granted according to preferences and submission date, and waitlists will be created for those students not receiving spots.
Please note that on Dec 3, 2011, enrollments will be processed in person only, at Flagstaff Academy between the hours of 8am and Noon. After noon on Dec 3, the electronic Intent to Enroll form will be available on our website.
Priority preference will be granted as follows:
1. Students presently attending Flagstaff Academy (K-8)
2. Siblings of students already enrolled at Flagstaff Academy
3. Children of Founding Families
4. Children of full and part-time staff members
5. Students presently enrolled in Flagstaff Academy preschool (for those applying for Kindergarten)
6. Students residing in the St. Vrain Valley School District
7. All other students

In order to be considered for enrollment at Flagstaff Academy, you must complete and submit an Intent to Enroll form, which may be filled out from this website. See tuition and fees page for more information on general fees. Flagstaff Academy requests that you also attend an Information Clinic as part of the enrollment process, dates listed below.
Information Clinics
Flagstaff Academy will offer the followingInformation Clinics to provide information on Flagstaff Academy and the enrollment process. Families will be able to tour the school during these clinics as well. Dates of upcoming clinics are listed below:
Preschool
- Open Houses Nov. 15, 17 and Dec. 7 at 6:30 p.m.
K-8th Grade
- Open Houses Nov. 15, 17 and Dec. 7 at 6:30 p.m.
School Tour
- Weekly school tours, Tuesdays, 9:30 a.m. beginning Nov. 29
