Volunteer in the Health Room

Flagstaff Academy was founded by a group of parents looking to make a positive difference in their communities and in the lives of their children. Flagstaff Academy would not exist without active parent participation. Volunteer opportunities are abundant as well as diverse. We strongly encourage all parents/guardians to offer their time, skills, talents and dedication to Flagstaff.

Volunteers come in once a week to cover the health clerk's lunch break. To keep the health room a familiar place for students, it would be ideal to have a handful of volunteers to cover the same shifts throughout the school year.

Volunteers are responsible for ice pack distribution, bandaging minor scrapes, and assessing minor illness. Trained staff members are on hand to resolve all other issues.
